Lenze takes motion to the next level
From November 25 to 27, Lenze will be showcasing in Hall 7, Booth 391, how modern drive technology and intelligent automation are shaping the future of mechanical engineering. The focus is on solutions that increase productivity and energy efficiency while addressing challenges such as skilled labor shortages, cost pressure, and the need for innovation. Visitors will experience practical innovations that enhance efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability.
Experience motion expertise live
Using a MotoGP motorcycle simulator from sevensim, Lenze will demonstrate its comprehensive motion expertise – from mechanical and electrical design to application. The five-axis setup impressively illustrates how Lenze technology enables dynamic and precise movements. Innovative SNR linear axes provide drift and lean angles – a prime example of the seamless integration of motion control and mechanics.
MF motor m650-F – compact, efficient, dynamic
Making its debut is the MF motor m650-F, based on the new m500 motor platform. It delivers IE3 efficiency, is two frame sizes smaller than conventional three-phase motors and features low inertia with high overload capacity. Equipped with spring-applied brakes and integrated incremental encoders, it offers versatile application options. Combined with gearboxes and the decentralized inverters i550 and i650 motec, it forms a compact, high-performance drive system that saves space and maximizes energy efficiency.
i950 multi drive – rethinking modularity
The i950 multi drive expands the proven servo inverter platform with a DC bus system that simplifies wiring and reduces costs. With power ratings from 0.55 to 30 kW and high overload capacity, it is ideal for complex multi-axis applications such as packaging lines, printing, and forming systems. The integrated DC link functionality optimizes system design and adds further efficiency.
Decentralized intelligence: Lenze Motor Drive System IE5/IE6 with i650 motec
The decentralized frequency inverter i650 motec enables autonomous machine modules thanks to an integrated logic PLC and IO-Link master. Regenerative feedback and IE5/IE6 synchronous motors ensure maximum energy efficiency and CO₂ reduction. A 300% overload torque from standstill emphasizes its performance – ideal for dynamic applications without the need for oversizing.
Software and open interfaces
With the Lenze FAST Application Software and PLC Designer 4.1, modular machine concepts can be implemented quickly. Open standards such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, and OPC UA ensure integration into existing systems and provide transparency up to the cloud. Automated engineering workflows reduce setup times and enable cost-effective production even for small batch sizes.
