The Condition Monitoring Center ibaCMC now also allows the integration of the new modular measurement system ibaMAQS. ibaCMC is a web-based desktop application that, through its hierarchical structure, provides a clear overview of the system's condition while simultaneously configuring the modular system. Tools for trend analysis, limit setting, and the analysis of time signals and spectra support the user in performing analyses efficiently.

In conjunction with ibaM-DAQ, a comprehensive solution is created, from precise data acquisition to web-based analysis. The ibaM-4AI-IEPE module provides a compact input module for the accurate acquisition of mechanical vibrations. The ibaM-4AI-IEPE features four galvanically isolated analog inputs that can be used as IEPE, AC, or DC inputs. The module acquires vibrations and process signals in 24-bit resolution. The ibaPDA software, integrated into ibaM-DAQ, allows users to define process conditions, preprocess signals, and calculate key performance indicators.
