The new Connection Module Vibration (VIB) and Fast Process Parameters (FPP) from Siemens.
The devices are suitable for monitoring high-speed machines such as automotive presses, cranes or machine tools with two synchronous axes. They record vibrations and analog signals along the drive train with a sampling rate of 96 kHz. Independent of the PLC, they can work as stand-alone devices or with up to 16 other modules. With the Drivetrain Analyzer X-Tools analysis software, they form a PC-based solution for precise condition monitoring.
