Setting up Asset Health is extremely straightforward. With just a few clicks, monitoring can be configured for a target machine—such as a centrifugal pump, fan, or electric motor. Like all functions within moneo, Asset Health is designed as a no-code solution. Consequently, users can commission the system without any programming knowledge. Compared to traditional condition monitoring solutions, this system identifies not only rising trends—i.e., anomalies—but also the underlying root cause of the fault. This process is fully automated, requiring no complex threshold configurations.

This opens up a wide range of possibilities: as soon as a problem is detected, the software automatically generates maintenance tickets detailing the specific damage pattern, the root cause, and a concrete repair recommendation.
