The functionality of the pressure sensor in the IO-Link version from Bühler Technologies, Ratingen, is being expanded.

In addition to the digital output and the switching points, these functions are supplemented with an analogue output. Users get a sensor for analogue and digital communication. The new version will be available soon.

  •     Pressure stages up to 600 bar

  •     Up to four programmable switching outputs
  •     Alternatively one analogue output (adjustable current or voltage) plus up to six programmable switching outputs
  •     Characteristics of the switching outputs can be set as window or hysteresis
  •     One switching output can be set as a frequency output (1-100 Hz)
  •     Direct or external mounting of the display and control unit
  •     Cable connection of almost any length between measuring point and display
  •     Highly visible LED display with status indication of the switching outputs, can be swivelled through 270° for direct mounting
  •     Min/max value memory, logbook function

The display unit has a menu structure based on VDMA standard sheet 245741 and offers both freely programmable and continuous signals. The remote indicator is designed for easy mounting on a baying rail. The pressure ranges go up to 600 bar.
