Made for even more flexibility and application diversity: The new DC motors 1218 SXR and 1228 SXR. These models expand Faulhaber's proven DC motor portfolio and set new standards in the performance and versatility of small drives.

The new SXR motors are characterized by higher performance as standard and a wider range of equipment options to meet the requirements of modern drive solutions. They offer flexible voltage variants from 3 V to 18 V as well as various bearing configurations. In addition, the motors can be individually adapted - from front and rear shaft adjustment to options for vacuum and temperature environments. The optimized rotor balancing contributes to smoother synchronization and the longevity of the motors.

The heart of the new SXR family is the innovative, hexagonal winding technology with a high copper fill factor and a high proportion of straight lines. This technology enables significantly increased performance and efficiency compared to technology with conventional pin coils. In addition, the use of higher quality magnets ensures a stronger magnetic field and contributes to improved temperature stability.
