Hecht Kugellager's inventory of more than 30,000 items includes a wide range of single and two-piece housing bearings for shaft diameters from 10mm to 180mm.

Available as pedestal, flanged, tension head and suspended bearings, the units are available with housings made of gray cast iron, zinc cast iron, stainless steel, plastic or sheet steel. A wide variety of deep groove ball, spherical ball or spherical roller bearings made of rolling bearing steel or stainless steel are available as bearing inserts, which can be secured to the shaft by means of grub screws, eccentric rings, adapter sleeves or fitting seats. In addition to model ranges from leading manufacturers, Hecht offers quality-tested housing bearings from its own brands HKC and HKW in standard and premium designs, respectively, at particularly competitive conditions.

While robust cast housings that can withstand high speeds and temperatures are suitable for a wide range of applications, housing bearings made of plastic or stainless steel are used primarily in hygienically sensitive areas of application. Ball or roller bearings installed in sheet steel housings are mainly considered for simple, particularly cost-sensitive applications. The Swabian rolling bearing specialist also offers compact, economical solutions made of cast iron as well as steel or stainless steel for demanding outdoor applications, for example in agricultural technology or construction machinery, which can be combined with a wide variety of bearing inserts and adapted seals. If required, additional protective caps protect the bearing technology against extreme environmental conditions.
