Bopla Gehäuse Systeme GmbH is further expanding its technological leadership and setting the course for future growth: With the establishment of the new "Innovation" division, the company is creating a central unit dedicated entirely to the development and implementation of solutions in the field of printed and hybrid electronics.

As part of its strategic development, the expertise of Bopla's Kundisch brand, which has been in place for many years, has been structurally realigned. With the newly created "Innovation" division, comprised of former Kundisch employees, Bopla is expanding its portfolio. This will bring together know-how, development capabilities, and production under one roof.

"With the new Innovation division, we are creating the foundation to support customers even earlier in the development process and to jointly drive forward new technologies," explains Sebastian Gepp, Head of Innovation. "Printed and hybrid electronics are key technologies of the future – and we at Bopla are ready to actively shape this path."

The Innovation division focuses on future-oriented applications such as:

• Transparent antennas
• Transparent film heaters
• Hybrid electronics solutions

Especially in the area of ​​hybrid electronics solutions, Bopla combines various technologies into high-performance, integrated systems. These include subtractive etching processes, additive printing technologies, and the assembly of flexible, printed films. This combination results in a broad spectrum of functional, highly customizable solutions for demanding applications.

By combining Bopla's long-standing expertise in enclosures with Kundisch's expertise in membrane keypads and printed functional technologies, holistic solutions are created – from the initial concept and prototyping to series production.
