CTX Thermal Solutions aims to further stabilize its supply chain. To this end, the provider of active and passive cooling solutions for power electronics plans to expand its supplier network with new partners. This will ensure customers consistent delivery capability and quality, even in the face of changing market demands.

Supply chain management is of paramount importance to CTX. The manufacturer collaborates with international suppliers and handles its own worldwide shipping via land, sea, and air freight. To guarantee consistent delivery capability and quality, even in politically uncertain times, CTX is implementing several measures.

The manufacturer intends to expand its network with new suppliers. CTX already has a broad supplier structure in Asia and Europe. These companies manufacture the heat sinks and enclosures using the latest technologies. CTX now plans to further expand and strengthen its operations outside of Asia.

Logistics ensures uninterrupted supply

Reliable delivery is achieved at CTX through an uninterrupted supply chain. Upon request, the manufacturer manages warehousing for its customers, enabling them to access agreed-upon quantities at defined intervals. CTX maintains a safety stock, enabling the manufacturer and its customers to respond to market demands at any time. Furthermore, CTX can flexibly meet customer requirements with various logistics concepts, such as consignment stock, ship-to-stock, ship-to-line, and worldwide availability.

In addition to its supplier network, CTX's logistics structure includes a large warehouse at its Nettetal location, which the cooling element specialist has expanded gradually. Today, the warehouse offers 1,800 square meters of storage space and a mobile racking system, allowing CTX to store up to 4,000 Euro pallets.
