“Do your thing, no matter what others say”

“Do your thing, no matter what others say”

Quality management in the words of Udo Lindenberg - this is just one of the numerous impulses that participants can take away from the 9th North German Quality Day, which will take place on June 12, 2024 in Hamburg. The popular practical forum in a hybrid format once again deals with the latest developments in quality and process management. Visitors benefit from the latest news and practical tips, discuss exciting specialist topics, put together their own individual workshop program and have space for exchanging experiences and networking.

The North German Quality Day is aimed at QM managers from all industries and is held at the FOM University Center in Hamburg. The organizers are the Aachen developer of QM software ConSense GmbH, the German Society for Quality e. V. (DGQ), the German Society for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) and the trade magazine QZ Quality and Reliability. Those responsible were once again able to attract top-class speakers from companies and organizations for the program of lectures, discussion events and workshops.

Keynotes and conference program put QM on the road to success

This year, the keynotes and conferences will once again bring exciting topics to the program that will help you make QM a success story. Dr. Benedikt Sommerhoff, Head of Quality & Innovation at the German Society for Quality e.V., reveals in his keynote “QM according to Udo Lindenberg – Do your thing, no matter what others say ...”, which resources companies use for this.

Indra Loose-Sommer, senior director at the Federal Police Headquarters, provides an insight into “sustainability and quality in uniform”. Your keynote will shed light on environmental and sustainability management at the Federal Police. The conference program continues the QM hero saga: Jakob Scheitza, Head of Industrial Storytelling, Facts ans Stories GmbH, sees his mission as giving QM superpower through storytelling. “Simply explain, promote understanding and sustainably improve” is his motto. Juliane Dieckmann, Head of Knowledge Management, Digital & Consulting at the Otto Group, relies primarily on networks as a recipe for success and describes “Best Practice Transfer in the Otto Group: It’s a people’s business.”
