BMR elektrischer und elektronischer Gerätebau GmbH presents itself in the 46th year of the company's existence with a new management team and proven team spirit.

With 46 years of experience and expertise in the development and manufacture of frequency inverters, BMR elektrischer und elektronischer Gerätebau GmbH (BMR for short) has firmly established itself on the international markets. Now the next generation is joining the management team: With Stephan Brittling as a further CEO, the responsibility of managing the company is now spread over several shoulders. The 36-year-old has been working for his father's company, which was founded in 1978, for 18 years. During his training at the company and subsequent studies to become an IT technician,

Stephan Brittling got to know every step in the development of a product, from implementation and series production to service and maintenance in practice. Another focus of his work is the targeted external presentation of the company and corporate design. Over the last few years, he has concentrated in particular on the BMR business area of intelligent solutions for process visualization and predictive tool control and has supervised customer projects on site.

Realizing the company's vision together

At the same time, Michael Lämmermann, BMR's long-standing sales manager, has been granted power of attorney and is now supporting Stephan Brittling.

"When a long-established team takes on management tasks together, that's the ideal situation," says BMR CEO Susanne Brittling. "Team spirit and maximum customer focus have been the cornerstones of our corporate vision since the company was founded," Susanne Brittling continues.

"With the high-quality standards of our products, the focus on durability and performance and the comprehensive technical support, we have acquired a special position in the market over the decades," explains Stephan Brittling. "The top priority has always been and remains the satisfied customer."

The Schwabach-based drive specialists have also recruited additional specialists in development, testing and production in order to strengthen the existing team of currently 16 employees and achieve their goals even more effectively.

As the market leader for frequency inverters in modular design and a specialist for customer-specific requirements, the innovative family-owned company, which repeatedly enters into collaborations with scientific institutions for new developments, is ideally equipped for the challenges of the future.
