Marino Crippa was appointed by the Board of Directors as the new Managing Director of KEB Automation Italia on April 27, 2022. Marino Crippa is the former Marketing and Sales Director of KEB Automation Italia and succeeds Andrea Menegale, who has retired.
The Board of Directors thanked Menegale for the successes achieved during his tenure and the support he will provide to the company during the handover in the coming months. With the appointment of Crippa, the Board of Directors was also renewed and is now composed as follows: Marco Sala (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Marino Crippa (Director and CEO) and Vittorio Tavella (Member of the Supervisory Board).

I am highly motivated and ready to take on this great challenge, as we have set ourselves new ambitious goals in a market where KEB Automation Italia is playing an increasingly important and innovative role. Thanks to KEB Italia's know-how acquired in 50 years in the industrial automation sector, as well as the results achieved by my predecessor and, above all, thanks to the support of my team, I am sure that we will be able to achieve our important growth targets."
Crippa, who graduated in electrical engineering from the Politecnico in Milan, began his career at Nokia as a project manager. He then joined the Bosch Group in the industrial automation sector, where he took on increasingly responsible roles in product management, sales and marketing, with extensive experience in information systems. Since 2011, he has been following the development of the digitalization of manufacturing both at business and scientific level as a member of the Federmeccanica Task Force, of the Steering Committee of the Intelligent Factory Cluster and has been actively involved in the creation of MADE, the Center of Excellence of the Politecnico of Milan. In 2020, he joined KEB Automation Italia as Marketing and Sales Manager.
