Setting the course for sustainable success

Schaeffler has announced the appointment of Maximilian Fiedler (38) as Regional CEO Asia/Pacific, effective January 1, 2026. In this role, he will also be a member of the Schaeffler Group's Executive Board and represent the region.

Maximilian Fiedler has been Chief Financial Officer of the Asia/Pacific region since 2022. In June 2025, in addition to his role as CFO Asia/Pacific, he assumed the position of Regional CEO Asia/Pacific on an interim basis.

Maximilian Fiedler has been with Schaeffler since 2012 and has held various management positions, including Head of External Reporting for the Schaeffler Group and Chief Financial Officer for Schaeffler Mexico. Prior to joining Schaeffler, he was Treasury Manager at HeidelbergCement AG.
