This combination enables maximum efficiency, maximum dynamics, and absolute precision – ideal for high-tech industries and demanding applications in industrial automation, robotics, and medical technology.

New to the portfolio: DC motors from the GXR and SXR families

The new 1627 GXR brushed motor with copper-graphite commutation impresses with its high performance and a wide range of equipment options to meet the requirements of modern drive solutions. It offers flexible voltage variants from 4.5 V to 24 V and various bearing configurations. In addition, the motor can be customized – from modifications to the front and rear shafts to options for use in vacuum or high-temperature environments. Optimized rotor balancing ensures particularly smooth running and contributes to the longevity of the motors. The hexagonal winding with a high copper fill factor and an optimized straightness ratio, as well as high-quality magnets, ensure temperature stability and better overall performance.

These features are also found in the new size of the precious metal commutated SXR family – the 1218 and 1228 SXR, which are already available, are now joined by the new 1627 SXR version. It has an outstanding power-to-volume ratio and is ideal for high-tech applications. All components of the SXR and GXR series are RoHS-compliant, and the electrical connections offer a wide range of configuration options.

GXR motors and SXR motors can be easily combined with the metal planetary gearheads of the GPT family. The newly presented 16GPT, with its conforming diameter, is particularly well suited for demanding applications with limited installation space. The optimized design allows high speeds, so that the entire speed range of the motor can be utilized. The stable construction ensures that extreme forces can be reliably transmitted and larger loads can be handled without any problems.
