With the introduction of a new small-format series, Expert-Tünkers is expanding its portfolio of rotary tables, consistently focusing on precision and robustness in compact dimensions. The series is based on the proven roller mechanism, which enables significantly higher positioning accuracy than conventional drive systems – all in a housing specifically designed for space-optimized use in modern automation solutions.

"Considering the permissible payloads per size, it becomes clear: We are moving a ton of weight on a surface that literally fits in one hand – and we do so with highly dynamic and precise positioning," explains Pascal Stöters, Head of Rotary Units at Expert-Tünkers. "Our new series not only expands our product portfolio, but also opens up new fields of application in various industries and for new customer groups."

The new series is available as a rotary table with a fixed pitch – for simple, robust control concepts – and as a flexibly programmable version with servo technology to meet the growing demands of automation. This allows even complex process steps and changing cycles to be integrated into existing production lines.

The sophisticated mechanical design offers high tilting moment absorption and enables the construction of tabletops with multiple outer diameters. At the same time, the series allows for quick motor replacement, ensuring individual adaptation to customer-specific requirements and short response times for service calls.

Thanks to the sealed housing, the small-format series can be used in a variety of installation positions and environments, making it suitable for numerous automation processes, from electronics manufacturing to assembly automation.

"With the new series, we offer our customers a solution that combines precision, flexibility, and durability while meeting the challenges of modern automation. This creates space for new processes and applications – compact, powerful, and efficient," Stöters concludes.
