The user-friendly software provides clear templates that make it easy to record topics, agenda items, resolutions, tasks and appointments. The information recorded is converted directly into clear meeting minutes. These can be conveniently exported and printed in various formats.

The software not only enables the minutes to be recorded, but also the targeted further utilisation of the recorded information. Defined tasks can be transferred to Outlook for processing and tracking. Even better: if you already use ConSense software solutions for quality management or integrated management systems, you can convert the meeting notes directly into measures that can be transferred to the ConSense management system. Implementation is effectively monitored by the software.
