Small and integrated

With the PD1-C, Nanotec is introducing its smallest stepper motor with integrated controller and encoder.

The compact drive with a flange size of just 28 mm (NEMA 11) has a maximum holding torque of 18 Ncm and is designed for a peak current of 3 A. Three motor versions are available, each in two lengths: a version with protection class IP20, an IP65 version and a version with an open housing that can be modified for applications with customer-specific connectors.

The integrated magnetic single-turn absolute encoder supports closed-loop control. The PD1-C is parameterized via CANopen or Modbus RTU. Nanotec's free Plug & Drive Studio software enables simple and quick programming. Thanks to its compact design, this stepper motor is ideal for applications with space restrictions, and it also reduces cabling effort and installation costs.
