With the Eco material trolley, RK Rose+Krieger offers an economical system for easily moving heavy loads. The manufacturer combines components from its modular system of profile technology to create a transport solution that minimizes costs without compromising stability.

An efficient assembly flow requires the quick and easy provision of materials. To ensure that this process doesn't stall, even when moving heavy loads or large quantities with a high total weight, RK Rose+Krieger – a full-service provider of components and system solutions for industrial production and automation – developed the Eco material trolley.

Low weight with high stability

Thanks to reduced material usage, it has a low weight and can be manufactured cost-effectively. Its base frame consists of weight-optimized, anodized aluminum profiles from RK Profiltechnik, whose design gives the frame high stability. With a weight of 15.6 to 56 kg, depending on the size, the Eco transport trolley is capable of carrying a total load of up to 200 kg. This system accommodates 18 mm thick plywood panels.

Adaptable to loads, sizes, and quantities

The Eco transport trolley is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is available in three sizes, each equipped with two, three, or four levels. Handles that can be attached at any position within the grooves of the aluminum profiles ensure ergonomic handling for any application. The manufacturer also offers custom sizes and modifications upon request.
